First cohort forming

Start at the beginning. Finish able to build.

Every course here assumes nothing. No degree, no coding background, no prior exposure to AI. We teach the ground floor properly instead of skipping it, and you leave with work you can show.

The courses

Pick where you want to end up.

Every Foundations course starts from the same ground floor and ends somewhere specific. You are not choosing a difficulty, you are choosing a destination.

More Foundations courses are being added. Data, automation and security are first; the rest follow through 2026. Join the waitlist and you will hear before places go public.
Starting out

What the first month actually looks like.

The hardest part of starting is not knowing what you are walking into. So here it is, week by week, before you commit to anything.

01Before it starts

You do not have to prepare anything.

There is no reading list and no setup homework. We send you a joining link, the times, and one short note about what to expect. That is deliberately all, because people who feel behind before week one tend not to make it to week three.

If you are worried about the tech: the only thing you need is a laptop and a stable enough connection to hold a video call.

02Week one

Everyone in the room is where you are.

The first session is spent making sure nobody is lost, which is slower than a lot of courses and on purpose. You will be asked what you already use and what confuses you, and the answers shape how the next few weeks are taught.

Nobody is put on the spot. You can stay on mute for the whole of week one if that is what you need.

03When you get stuck

Getting stuck is the method, not the failure.

You will hit something that does not make sense. Everyone does. There is a practitioner in the session to ask, a small group who are hitting the same wall, and a channel between sessions that someone actually reads.

If you miss a session it is recorded, and the next one starts by catching up whoever needs it.

The room

You will not be the only one starting from nothing.

The most common worry we hear is that everyone else will already know this. They will not. Foundations cohorts are built from people who are all at the beginning, which is exactly why the pace works.

Who this is for

Being honest about it saves everyone time.

Foundations is deliberately slow at the start. If you already work in a field and want AI inside that job, this is the wrong door and you will be bored by week three.

This is you

Foundations fits

  • You have used a chatbot but could not explain what it is actually doing.
  • You are changing careers, or have not started one yet.
  • You keep starting free tutorials and losing the thread halfway through.
  • You would rather be taught by a person than left with a video library.
This is not you

Look at Professionals instead

  • You are already paid to do this work and have been for a while.
  • You want AI applied to your existing job, not taught from scratch.
  • You have real work you want to bring into the room in week one.
  • Four focused weeks suits you better than twelve paced ones.
Genuinely unsure? The free readiness check takes about three minutes and tells you which track fits where you actually are. You do not need to give an email to see the result.
How it runs

Taught by people, not a video library.

Live sessions, small rooms

Every class is taught in real time to a deliberately small cohort, so you can ask about the thing you are actually stuck on rather than posting into a forum and waiting.

Built, not watched

Each phase ends in something you made. By week twelve you have a finished project and the documented reasoning behind it, which is the part employers actually read.

A path onward

Foundations ends where the professional programmes begin. Finish it and the four-week practitioner sprint in your chosen field is the natural next step, not a restart.

Waitlist

Places go to the list first.

The first Foundations cohort is deliberately small so everyone gets real attention. When dates are set, the waitlist hears before the site does.

Dates, pricing and the full curriculum, sent before they go public.
First refusal on seats in the opening cohort.
No commitment, and nothing to pay to hold your place on the list.

We only use this to tell you when Foundations opens. No newsletter, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

You are on the list.

We will email you the dates, the pricing and the full curriculum as soon as they are signed off, before any of it goes on the site.

Already working in your field?

Foundations starts from zero, which is the wrong pace if you are already doing the work. AI for Professionals is a four-week sprint built for one profession at a time, and cohorts are running now.
