Two things, and they feed each other. We train people in their own field until they can use AI with judgement rather than enthusiasm. Then we work inside organisations to change how the work actually runs β using the practitioners we trained.
Live, never pre-recorded
The people we train are the people who do the transformation work. That is the whole design: the second engine runs on the first.
AI in my Field is a four week sprint for people already doing the work, taught by a practitioner from that exact field. AI Foundations runs six to sixteen weeks for people starting from nothing. Both end in work you defend and a certificate anyone can verify.
Brixgate Transform is a four phase engagement β diagnose, design, deploy, institutionalize β that changes the operating model rather than the tool list. Governance is written in: a named person owns every decision AI touches, and client data stays in the client's environment.
Three pillars, and all three have to be there. Develop one and you have a person who knows the tools. Develop all three and you have a practitioner others in the field follow.
Fluency in your own field, not general AI literacy. Which tools to reach for, when, and how to read their output in your professional context.
The judgement to deploy AI accountably. Every field creates decisions a model should not make alone, and knowing where that line sits is the skill.
The habit of applying it week after week, not once in a workshop. Built through a cohort on the same problems and a practitioner holding the pace.
Full profiles are being written and will appear here rather than anywhere else.
Headquartered in Lagos. Learners in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Kenya is the next market we open properly, rather than the next flag we add to a banner.
African institutions are adopting AI at the same moment everyone else is, with none of the legacy that slows it down elsewhere. That is an advantage, not a gap to close.
No borrowed credibility, no numbers we cannot source, no practitioner named before they have agreed to teach. It costs us some polish and it is worth it.
Already doing the work, or starting from nothing β there is a door for both.
