Become a Brixgate Expert

We set a high bar because our participants deserve the best. Here is what we look for in every Expert Practitioner application.

Proven Professional Standing

At least 5 years of active professional practice in your field. You must be able to demonstrate real seniority — not entry-level or early career. We look for mid-senior to executive level professionals with credible track records.

Applied AI Experience in Your Domain

You must have already applied AI tools in your specific field — not observed it from a distance, not completed generic AI certifications. We want practitioners who have deployed, managed, or built AI-augmented workflows in real professional contexts.

Demonstrated Results

You can point to specific outcomes your AI application produced — productivity gains, cost savings, quality improvements, risk reduction. Specific and measurable. Not just "I use AI tools at work."

Communication & Teaching Ability

Deep expertise is necessary but not sufficient. Brixgate experts must be able to translate complex applied knowledge into learnable, actionable steps for other professionals. We assess this through your application and a short demonstration.
